With BrazerTrack™ each individual brazer logs into his or her brazer area prior to the beginning of each shift. This allows the system to link individual brazers with specific coil joints.

BrazerTrack provides the knowledge of exactly how many joints for which each brazer is responsible. A leak rate percentage for each brazer may be displayed on an overhanging OverView™ sign, notifying the appropriate person(s) if a machine or brazer is approaching disqualification (customer defined).
