Certified IPCS Engineer
Oftentimes key people within an organization are promoted,
retire, or resign. Sometimes an individual’s responsibilities
are re-directed. And sometimes, you may just need a refresher
course. In regards to the IPCS,
we can help.
The Certified IPCS Engineer training course
includes a recommended block of time for on-site training.
A highly qualified member(s) of our engineering team administer
on-site, hands-on training. Areas of study include:
• InterLink™ Floor software
• InterLink™ Office software
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Test procedure generation
• Report generation
• Data and parameter analysis for all IPCS modules
• Error code generation
• Global test procedure manipulation tools
• 1st time yield analysis
• Ambient temperature compensation (where applicable)
• Manual I/O program
• Calibration program
At the conclusion of the certification course,
ECI will administer a comprehensive diagnostic exam. Upon
successful completion of the exam, the student is awarded
a certificate of accomplishment and a shirt bearing the
title of Certified IPCS Engineer.
Certified IPCS Maintenance Technician
Every manufacturer knows the immeasurable importance of
a good maintenance department. Our Certified Maintenance
Technician course for the IPCS ensures that your maintenance
technicians receive the highest level of training. On-site,
hands-on demonstrations provide a real world, working knowledge
of our hardware. In the session we’ll answer all your
“How? Why?” and “When?” questions.
Preventative maintenance measures are covered in detail.
Troubleshooting in time-sensitive, production-critical
situations is given utmost priority. Training for each applicable
IPCS module in the manufacturing facility is addressed.
At the end of the certification course, we administer a
comprehensive test, which includes all material covered.

• Hardware troubleshooting
• Isolation of problem sources
• Tracking down and eliminating leaks
• Preventative maintenance for valves—manual,
solenoid, air-actuated
• Vacuum pump maintenance measures
• Manual I/O computer program
• Toggle switch

• Procedures for troubleshooting during production
• Electrical schematics
• Electrical and mechanical component replacement
• Recommended spare parts
• Tools
At the conclusion of the certification course,
ECI will administer a comprehensive diagnostic exam. Upon
successful completion of the exam, the student is awarded
a certificate of accomplishment and a hat bearing the title
"IPCS Certified".
